- My name is Kathleen "Dawn" Bell. I was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. I have been teaching 3rd grade for the last 8 years at a fantastic school. For the last 4 years I have been the building tech rep. My team and I have spear-headed getting technology into our classrooms. This last summer we became the proud owners of two puppies (yes 2). A Jack Russell named Darby and my husband's dog is a Sheltie named Deja. They have both became a huge part of our family.
